Telford Golf Course Information

Thoughtfully designed by renowned architects and avid golfers John Harris and Brian Griffiths, our 18 hole Championship course proves to be fun for golfers of all skill levels, regarded as a favourite for locals, holidaymakers and professionals alike. 

Ian Woosnam celebrated his first pro tournament win on our fairways back in 1979. Today, the tree-lined course and strategic water hazards provide a challenge to seasoned players, and the scenery to make it your new favourite.  

Watch out for the signature 8th hole - a 382-yard par 4! 

The course is divided into three distances – so there’s something for all abilities ranging from Black, the longest option, to Yellow which is around 6,000 yards and perfect for those with a lower handicap or looking for a more relaxing day. 

Our recently refurbished clubhouse overlooks the 18th, so you can head in for a drink and a bite to eat after a rewarding round. Dissect your game with friends, follow the day’s sporting action on our TVs, or take the weight off your feet in our sun-soaked patio, the choice is yours. 

It’s no wonder that members have been returning to tee off at The Telford since 1976.
