Had a great stay. Hotel situated above the Ironbridge Valley. Great views from bedroom and restaurant. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice for dietary requirements. Bedroom was very clean and cosy, staff were very helpful and friendly.
I had a brilliant 2 night stay. Excellent hotel, beautiful surroundings and great service from the team. I was very impressed with the stay from the check-in with Gemma to the breakfast, dinner and mini tour of the spa.

I've stayed here often, and recently 1-2 times a month for work. Consistently a comfortable, clean and welcoming hotel. Cathy on breakfast duty recognises us as repeat visitors and always welcomes us with a smile.
The reception were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. Josh, Sophie, Lauren and Jack looked after us at supper and nothing was too much trouble. We’ve been in the pool too, sauna and Steam room were perfect!

Stopped at the hotel when visiting friends for a special event at the venue. Great hotel, clean and modern. Breakfast had a great variety, and the bar had a good selection, with very reasonable prices.
Lovely clean hotel with wonderful helpful and friendly staff, we were lucky to have a spacious room with a lovely view. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast was great. Loved everything about this hotel.
