A magical time.
Set within nine acres of natural woodland lies Wonderland, a magical place where nursery rhymes and fairytales come to life. Kids can get their adrenaline rush on the rides (unlimited and free), as well as trying to find their way in the Wonderland Maze, walking through Dinosaur Valley, or playing crazy golf on The Jolly Roger.
Hoo Zoo

The home of Shropshire’s big cats.
Let your kids see some amazing animals up close, including snapping turtles, a Scottish wildcat, and an Amazon parrot. You can also book experiences to make it a day to remember - kids can become a keeper for the day, hand feed one of the groups of meerkats, hold a big snake (a Burmese Python or a Boa Constrictor), and much more.
The Severn Valley Railway
22 minute drive
Check out Britain’s premier steam engine train reserve of full-size old-fashioned locomotives. You can even ride the 16-mile line if you’d like, which runs every day from May through October, and on the weekends during the winter.

Enjoy a day out in 450 acres of parkland, with nature trails, kiddie play areas and more.
Bridgnorth Cliff Railway
19 minute drive
Climb aboard one of Britain’s oldest inland funicular railways and enjoy a memorable ride up the 111-foot sandstone cliff between High Town and Low Town in Bridgnorth. The train’s vintage charm, steep ascent and splendid views over the River Severn make it a thrill for children and a photo-op for adults. It’s a brief but unforgettable outing that adds a touch of nostalgia and adventure to a family day out.
Dudley Canal and Caverns
35 minute drive
Dive into a subterranean adventure at Dudley Canal & Tunnel Trust, where families float through historic mine tunnels, explore cavernous underground waterways and take part in themed events like toddlers’ “Tunnel Tots” boat sessions.
